Well, they always say that prevention is better than cure but we never listen. As per studies, currently 26% of world population is hypertensive (high blood pressure) which is expected to climb to 29% by 2025. National institutes of health, USA (NIH) in a study suggested some achievable lifestyle changes which could reduce your BP.
